I discovered upon arriving at the office this morning that our catering order had not been called in to Bronx Deli the day before. Well, lets just say that this was not good news to get at 1030 am when the meeting is at 1 pm! I quickly called Bronx Deli and Christine answered my call. I placed my order from the catering menu and chose a pickup time. At the time that I placed my order, I did not realize that Bronx Deli has a 24hour advance order policy for catering orders. Do you want to know why I didnt know? Its because Christine took my order without saying a word about the policy. She just accommodated my request. This says a lot about this business in my opinion. I have not had the food yet, but I hear that it is outstanding, so I look forward to tasting it. I wanted to write this review before we picked up our order because of how impressed I was with Christines excellent customer service. Thanks so much, Christine and Bronx Deli! ”

From the outside, it looks a bit like a dive, but when you walk in youll see the quaint atmosphere that is warm, comfortable and welcoming. Our service was great and the food was absolutely delicious!! Except the cheese sticks, they were weird and not tasty. We ordered a 1, a 1 12, and the 2 12. Soooo good!! The garlic fries are a must!!! If you have a taste for an exceptional, traditional, NYC sandwich this is the spot! ”
